By the Sea

Good day everyone

Today is a new challenge at Simply Magnolia, our theme is By The Sea

I had super fun creating this wooden picture frame,
I started by added layers of Stenciling, die cuts, shells, metal charms,
chipboard, wooden embellishments, basically anything
I could find to fit the theme.

This little cutie is Bikini Tilda from the 2013 Sea Breeze Collection
She is colored with Copics, then I added 3 coats of
Ultra thick Embossing enamel to create the cracked Glass effect

I covered everything with White Gesso, then applied several colors of spray inks
Prima Color Bloom, Deep Teal, Tea Stain, Yellow Mustard, Empress Gold
Tattered Angels, Moonlight, Walnut ink Stain, Egyptian Gold

Dies used from Doohickey club, Memory Box, Joy's Crafts, Spellbinders circles
Tim Holtz Riveted Metal embossing folder

Entering my projects
Try it on Tuesday - Use  a Stencil
Fussy and Fancy - Lazy Summer days
Tilda's Town - Dies Punches
Midweek Magnolia - anything goes but a card
Sparkles Monthly - Sun Sea and Sand

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day
Louise
